Pine Bush Karate offers classes from Monday to Fridays and offering private lessons on the weekend. Children's classes are from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Adult classes start at 6:30 PM and continue to 7:30 PM. On Fridays we offer family class followed by Black Belt or Red Belt class. Sparring is between 2 and 3 times a week. All Classes are intense and designed to give the student maximum workout for the time.
